Archer acquired it in an announcement dated 20 February 2024 and it now sells inside Archer Evolv Compliance rather than standalone.

ComplyAdvantage builds AML screening and monitoring around its own proprietary sanctions, PEP and adverse media database, covering onboarding, transaction monitoring, transaction screening and payment screening. Its published customers are fintechs, payment service providers and challenger banks, with no verifiable US community bank or credit union.

MeridianLink One is a cloud lending and account opening platform whose FY2024 10-K names community banks and credit unions with $100 million to $10 billion in assets as its market, with about 2,000 financial institution customers. Its AI agents, marketed as Millie, are mostly not yet generally available; Doc Agent for Mortgage is planned for Q4 2026.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

General productivity AI

Microsoft 365 Copilot is a per-seat AI assistant inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams that also searches an organisation's own work data, priced at $18 to $30 per user per month depending on tier. It does no banking-specific work, and its only published financial institution case study is First West Credit Union in Canada.

Nasdaq Verafin is a cloud financial crime platform covering fraud, AML and CFT monitoring, high-risk customer management, sanctions screening and information sharing, built on a consortium data model spanning thousands of institutions. More than 2,800 institutions use it, including over 1,400 credit unions, and it is the exclusive financial crime provider for CUNA Strategic Services.

nCino

Cloud banking platform

nCino is a cloud banking platform covering commercial, small business, consumer and mortgage origination, deposit account opening and portfolio risk, with an AI product called Banking Advisor that drafts credit memo narratives and answers policy questions. It reported over 2,700 customers in its FY2026 10-K, roughly 1,500 of them depository institutions.

Scienaptic AI is a credit decisioning platform that sits on an existing loan origination system and returns instant approve, decline or counter decisions with adverse-action reasons and fair-lending monitoring. It is structured as a CUSO part-owned by 17 credit unions that are also its clients, with published deployments in the $250 million to $3 billion range.

UiPath

Document AI and automation

UiPath IXP combines Document Understanding, Communications Mining and LLM-based Generative Extraction for structured and unstructured documents, deployable in cloud, on-premises or hybrid. Its published US credit union deployments are Suncoast at $18.2 billion in assets and Patelco, both far above community scale.
